Deadbeat parents

A recent report by the Federal Office of Child Support Preliminary Statistics indicates that in 2011, 31.2 billion dollars was due to 22 million children in the United States. And, despite the overwhelming amount of media attention that deadbeat fathers get, there are ever-increasing numbers of mothers who aren’t meeting their financial responsibilities either.

Collecting from deadbeat or negligent parents can be difficult, as the courts are overloaded with cases and lack the manpower and resources to track down every parent who does not pay their court-ordered support.

We can provide detailed documents of parents who choose to not accept their financial responsibilities and make it difficult, if not impossible, to collect what they owe.

Bellamy LPI specialize in determining if and where they work (even if it is under the table) and where they are hiding their assets.
